Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17, she received her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015 she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing new goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as is possible. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
