Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American designer and author who has received numerous awards for her works. She is a proponent of animal rights. Ali MacGraw is known for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. When she was in New York, she was born into an creative family. She started as a photographic assistant and then moved on to modeling and acting. The first two films she made were noticed, and she was awarded recognition with the Golden Globe Award of Most Promising newcomer. MacGraw became an international superstar after her film Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. After only three movies, she was voted the Top female box-office debut in the world. Her handprints as well as her signature were inscribed at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. Her other credits comprise The Getaway Convoy Players, TV miniseries The Winds of War and many more. The autobiography of MacGraw Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw has been married three times.
